Designed in Chicago, seen around the world.
12 Line is a design and illustration studio located on Chicago’s Northwest side. From billion dollar business to mom-and-pop shops, we have you covered. Hit us up and join the 12 Line family, you won’t be disappointed.
Founder / Creative Director
With over 20 years of professional experience, Nate is more than just a designer. Nate has mastered the art of translating a client’s thoughts into a strong and impactful visual presence. The Chicago Tribune recently recognized Nate for his design contribution to the music industry over the last decade.
Nate is equally passionate about giving back to the local community. Olive’s Garden for the Hungry, Lawyers for the Creative Arts, Equality Illinois, Streetwise, and the ACLU are a few of the organizations that Nate has supported over the years.
When Nate isn’t working on crafting new brand experiences, you can find him spending time with his wife Nicole and son Brody, out on the golf course (weather permitting,) or cooking up a storm in the kitchen. Having a great work-life balance is important to Nate and one of the main reasons he started 12 Line.
Studio Manager / Production Artist
Mark comes to us from the apparel printing industry where he spent over a decade managing shops, implementing efficient strategies, and preparing files for print. His dedication to the job and ability to organize projects keeps 12 Line running smoothly by getting projects done on time and within budget.
Corinne has been a creative for 10+ years and has been passionate about illustration and design since early childhood. She continues to fulfill her need to make art through her work and creative endeavors. In her free time, Corinne is either bowling, practicing pyrography, listening to vinyl, cooking, spending time with her husband Brian, or cuddling with her cat. She enjoys a nice cup of black coffee and reading books about the cosmos and philosophy.
Studio Companion / Therapy Dog
Griswold is a gentle pup with soul piercing eyes. We call him the cat of dogs due to his sweet nature and love of naps. Griswold welcomes attention and loves giving people a break from an otherwise busy or stressful day. A native of Thailand, Griswold made his way to us through the kind people at the International Street Dog Foundation.
We'll make you look good, too.
We are eager to work with people who are as passionate about their business as we are in ours. Whether you are a billion dollar company or the mom-and-pop shop around the corner, we look forward to hearing from you and forming a long-term relationship.
