LendingTree HQ
A mural series translating LendingTree’s core principles into an environment built for work, events, and everyday culture.
As LendingTree moved into their new corporate headquarters, they needed an environment that reflected the company’s culture.
Make company values part of the environment, not just the onboarding.

The making of
Watch how six core principles became a permanent part of the headquarters environment.
Built for the Space
Designed around the architecture, informed by the people, and executed to feel like it had always belonged there.
Walk the space
Explored the environment alongside architects to understand how employees would move through, gather within, and experience the space every day.
Design for the architecture
Created artwork around the scale, materials, and character of each environment rather than forcing graphics onto existing walls.
See it through installation
Oversaw production and execution to ensure the finished murals reflected the original vision.

Designed as a connected series
Each mural has its own character while contributing to a larger story throughout the space.

I was nervous but I’m glad I trusted Nate's vision. The flawless execution quickly turned uncertainty into excitement.

Some projects come full circle
Todd and I met in design school, and while our careers have taken very different paths, working together still feels familiar. Years later, he trusted me to design and install the LendingTree murals because he knew the work would be thoughtful, executed well, and seen through to the end. That kind of trust, built over decades, is one of the most rewarding parts of this work.
